Homely development in strategic position
Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is situated strategically between Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and The Springs, adjacent to its sister development Jumeirah Village Circle. A total of 2,000 townhouses and villas comprise Jumeirah Village Triangle, built in both Mediterranean and Arab styles. Townhouses in Jumeirah Village Triangle feature one or two bedrooms, while villas in Jumeirah Village Triangle boast two bedrooms; both include large living and dining areas, a master bedroom en-suite bathroom, a garage and second storey terrace – perfect for Al Fresco family meals.
JVT has been planned around a community lake, surrounded by lush greenery, furnished with children’s play areas and social features such as picnic tables. Paths and jogging tracks have also been included, to ensure that evening strolls can be taken in safety, and the health conscious have a beautiful place to take their exercise. Each of the nine districts has its own park area, most of which include a tennis court. JVT is a town within itself, home to a number of schools, mosques and shops.
Its strategic placement between two main roads means that JVT residents are not far from Dubai’s facilities; including Ibn Battuta mall, Dubai Marina Mall and Mall of the Emirates. Links also provide great access to the Dubai Marina with its beachfront, pavement cafes; and golf fans will be thrilled at the proximity to the two 18-hole par 72 championship courses at Emirates Golf Club.
This popular family-friendly development has a number of small supermarkets and grocery stores. However, property developer Nakheel will be building the 3.6 million square foot mall Al Khail Avenue, to be open by 2018. The leisure destination will be located on the eastern side of JVT, and will comprise 350 shops across its 1.5 million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment space. These will include an anchor supermarket, department stores, cinema and entertainment zone, other speciality outlets and a number of cafés and restaurants – many of which will provide visitors with optional outdoor eating, during the cooler winter months. Al Khail Avenue’s multi-storey car park will accommodate approximately 4,400 vehicles, over its 2 million square foot space.
