The Location
Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a freehold area.

JVC consists mostly of G+4 apartment buildings (studios, 1, 2 & 3 beds) and G+2 townhouses (3 & 4 beds).
There are some small pockets of Nakheel 1 & 2 bed townhouses and villas (similar to JVT) .
There are also a few 10-20 storey towers with apartments (studios, 1, 2 & 3 beds). There is a lot of construction taking place with an emphasis to complete the community ahead of the 2020 World Expo, which is good for the future of JVC.
