The area also includes various amenities such as banks, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and more.

Apart from housing some of the fanciest residential villas and apartments, it is also one of the most popular destinations with visitors and attracts lots of tourists during the holiday seasons.
Rents in Motor City, a district sandwiched between Dubai Sports City and Arabian Ranches, went through a something of a hike in 2014, but have evened out since. The community is the ultimate destination development and offers a combination of entertainment, dining and retail within a pedestrian orientated, multi-use environment. The area is based on a motor-sport theme and includes residential units, motor-sports facilities, retail, and a theme park.
Properties for rent in Dubai don’t come more sought after than those in Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR). Dubai Marina offers a vast array of skyscrapers with apartments to rent and in recent times these prices have dipped significantly – despite the luxuriousness of the waterside living. JBR is a beachfront community featuring huge sand coloured residential blocks. Rents here can be quite reasonable if you shop around and flats offer amazing views across Dubai.
