The Springs, ideal for families with children

One of Dubai’s most desirable villa communities, the Springs has always been popular with families, although rents have fluctuated greatly in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. This community of townhouses comes with amazing views of waterways, lush landscaping and beautiful gardens. The area also includes various amenities such as banks, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and more.

Downtown Dubai, perfect for singletons and high flyers

Downtown Dubai is a hotspot for young go-getters and has Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, located right at its centre. A few tips…

When you do decide to rent a property, here are some top tips for making sure everything legit and above board. For each rental transaction the landlord or the agent representing the property owner must furnish certain valid documents. These include the Deed of Title to the property being rented out, a copy of the passport and the registration card issued to the property consultant/ brokerage firm by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), Dubai. NOTE: the name of the title deed (be it in an individual’s name or that of a company) must be the one that is mentioned in the rental contract. Registration of the tenancy contract completed on Ejari, the online portal operated by RERA.
